I saw her sing this at the edinburgh fest this year. it was so beautiful and was made even more poignant as during the show someone had heckled her and she broke down in tears. the ''crack in everything'' lyric resonated loud and clear after that...I dearly hope she records a version of this as i prefer it to even cohen's version.
