Who's idea was it to put Shannon Sharpe on TV as a commentator...honestly I do not watch the CBS pregame and half time broadcast because I don't want to listen to his voice as he doesn't shut up. How can they not realize he sounds horrible and he HAS to be on the show as a joke. I TRULY mean this, who could possibly listen to this guy with his thick tongued, garbled, mis-pronounced and broken english language and feel he should be a commentator. I honestly am embarrassed

You must be an expert in ebonics. Could you imagine Sharpe doing a 30 second highlight reel like Terry Bradshaw. Sharpe has pushed broadcasting back 20 years. He was a great receiver but should never be left in front of a micrphone.
