    yes, he was like that from birth. the thing is that (chances are) when he was a kid his abdominals were not developed enough to make noticeable the "un-even" look.

    have you ever seen guys that have a gap between their biceps and forearms when flexing their biceps? some don't really have that and their biceps are more elongated. it's just pure genetics, just the way people have different noses and ears we have different muscles; similar but different. nothing wrong with uneven ;)

    exactly, some people think that when your bicep leaves that "gap" it's because of bad training but it's pure genetics.

    every one is different, as i said; some people have different nose/ear shapes but at the same time they are similar and do the same functions on every one. same thing with muscles :D

    sorry for sounding like a broken record but people really need to learn that so they can get out of their own ignorance.

  • @91lilfrozone23 no need for excuses imo. Thx for explaining. I always thought it was the preferenced side that contracted the hardest on workout thus making it asymetrical.. I see now that is not the case. cheers

    Personally im not far away myself.. been doing 6 exercises (not these ones) only since i got out of hospital and its been few months now and the results r stunishing. The main deal is just do work it out on a regular bases and dont stuff your body with crap nutricion
