Inspiring lol you're doing so much better than me. but if you eat or drink anything with sugar or sweetener at the morning, it's a much more bigger chance to have big uncontrolable cravings at the evening!

First:Take your exercise slow. If you do too much at a time,and over do it you'll get sick
Two: It's not about the calories. It's about getting the right nutrition.Make sure you get all the right vitamins and minerals so your body will support you, especially if you're going to exercise.
Three: Diet Pepsi, Coke/ anything, shouldn't be considered diet. Sure, less sugar..but it does nothing and, even contains hidden ingredients that make you feel hungry and crave certain foods, such as sugar.
Well, I like counting calories because it helps me control how much I eat per day, and I don't know about other people but diet pepsi works great for me, it makes me feel full, it keeps me awake, and I can drink a lot of it and not gain. I'm not saying that your advice is wrong, it is completely right, and some people should follow it, but I am comfortable with the way I eat and exercise. :)

I find that when I drink 2 cups of water it fills me up at each meal ..
I also eat low calories and low carb so my craving for food is very low
