I am glad people know about this song, it is a silent winning classical song, and I appreciate you for posting, If there is a way to get this song on CD, or by any means...pls, I like to get it.
This is "Elizabethan Serenade" by the British Composer, Ronald Binge. (This arrangement is played by the James Last Orchestra). You should be able to get this beautiful song on the CD "British Light Classics" or other arrangers on iTunes !
When I was very young I used to often hear this tune on a radio station in Rhodesia (now Zimbabwe) It brings back memories of my early childhood in the 1970's. Thanks. The nature scenes are great too.
The original Mantovani version is not as good as the later European arrangements, IMO. I would avoid it, frankly. I think the version in this video is by German bandleader James Last. Look for a European version, as that is where the song was a hit. I can't see my previous post in which I stated the composer was Ronald Binge - Google him.
with today's crap for music, its refreshing to hear real music.

Is there some kind of small statue visible, just left of center at about 2:23? What is that, if anything?
