kommisar, jani didn't get kicked out of the band but left himself. according to what i've heard, he wanted to carry out his civil duties back in finland, as well as raising his children (the man's got a family you know).

jani didnt steal anyones job >.> its a law in finland to serve in the military, jani didn't want to got arrested sonata couldn't do any show they all decided to let jani serve his military duty so he doesn't have to live in jail and then sonata got a new guitarist, now i think he's in another band

You've got your info wrong. ALL the founding members were the pre-"Unia" guys except for Henkka. The only members they've really switched out were keyboardists. Check out the Wiki entry.

What does bringing up how these founding members leaving have to do with Jani not re-joining the band?

yeaaah, it matters....in some situations you have cut your hair totally, but for some places and if have good reason not to cut hair (like music video) you no need to cut it...but you will be payed for your hair in finland ;DD
