The best way to last forever in this level is to make faramir's army entirely of rangers w/ fire arrows and flag-holders. When grond comes, use the ents and summon waaaay in front of grond to be able to attack it, and summon rohirrum(if you have neither of these, then just use power of istari and use every ability that gandalf has as often as possible and hope to god that you can kill it before doing too much damage to the gate). After that, you pretty much have the game won :)

in the extened version of number 3 grima kills saruman on top of the tower and then legolas shoots an arrow and it hits grima but saruman falls onto a water wheel spike and the sipe goes under water then the palantir comes out of his coat and thats how pippin finds it

in the books saruman leaves isengard and names himself sharky and starts making machines of war in the shire. frodo and the gang have the hobbits rise up in rebellion and grima wormtongue kills saruman, who in turn is killed by the hobbits as he tries to flee

lol you can easily win it with ather way.....when orcks come with rides or rohan and elfs the 2 magics destroy the camps when they take it and when grond come open your gate it doesnt hit it and the orcks are going to hit your heroes cause when you open the gate put out your heros and put the 2 catapults to hit the grond
