I don't know. I didn't think Blac Haze or Realist or any of the other ones sounded like Pac at all, but this guy sounds almost identical, and the vocabulary used is similar as well.
If it is Kasinova I don't see how he can say he is not biting on Pac... with the lyrics, flow, delivery, tattoo's, song names, album names, everything. Not trying to hate, the songs are good... I just don't know.
Plus if Fatal is dissing them it makes it that much more believable that it's not Pac.
