I too was born with the metabolism of a three-toed sloth. This program got me into the Marines:

That's certainly a lot of weight to lose. 100 lbs is a big number and might be a bit daunting. My advice for you (to keep you driven) is to break it down a little bit. Instead of thinking you have to lose 100 lbs, think i have to lose 97 lbs. Good luck.

2nd advice: Drink more water and eat jerky. I learned to make my own. It's great to grab on the go or snack on instead of junk food.
