1 cup of flour, 3 cups of salt(sounds a lot but trust me), half a cup of baking powder and 6 tea spoons of lard.
With this your tortillas wont be too crispy, but make sure you cook at a slightly lower heat. I do research for Gordon Ramsay holdings for future tv programs and I was sent to mexico to find the real deal, and that recpie is the real deal.
