Not that i do not agree with the majority of what you said, but many chemistry made chemicals involve using very dangerous substances. About half of all the chemicals at your local pharmacy are made by using very dangerous like even lethal compounds and solutions, and since theyre sold at the pharmacy, theyre all legal.
Its not like cocaine made by kerosine and such compounds is anyway special in that regards. It is kind of freaky some people sniff 2grams of it a day.

the plant isnt the drug, the THC in the plant is the chemical agent that produces the medical properties attributed to the plant. imagine a world where tylenol made THC capsules for everyday pain relief, its the same thing, we are dealing with a natural chemical compound that is much more beneficial than any drug approved and accredited by the FDA

From what I understand from this documentary, you can technically build up a country from hemp/marijuana.
Go to Africa, plant a couple of hectares of weed. Harvest, make cloths, food, houses, medicine. Develop more technology. Make cars, boats, roads, radio, television, telephones, computers. Export, import and there you are ! No more third world countries, no more poverty !

@jualkyn i dont think you understand the point of the MEDICAL benefits. did u pay attention? it has made advances i diseases like diabetes as well as brain damage. not only that but it really does help with pain relief. also im sure u drink alcohol at least occasionally. marijuana has less long term effects than alcohol. many things about pot are bad yes, but liver disease? ulcers in your stomache? extreme brain damage? many suicides? all caused by alcohol which has NO medical benefits other

I am actually not against marijuana use for someone who is in excruciating pain and needs the aid of it but in all reality, ppl that are suffering that much are not given POT in most hospitals, but other anesthetics, let alone given just so people can get high off it. So tell me, do you use it only when you are in excruciating pain to the point where you can't move and the only thing available IS pot? If so, then yes by all means use it. But I highly doubt that.
