I like the idea of the wheel but I was focusing on it and not the rest of the dancing. If this was preformed with just 4 or 5 dancers including the two guys, then it could be the centerpiece to an amazing dance routine because there would only be one area to focus on. Whenever I could pull myself away from the wheel, the dancing appeared well executed.
omg i was thinkin the same thing! not necessarily that they shouldnt use it, but i didnt even finish watching the video bc i realized that i was watching the wheel the entire time. i have no clue if the dance was good or not.
wow!! absolutely loved this! great choreography! i agree, great job on the turn sections! i particularly liked the turns towards the end around 2:11-2:19 ? all doing seconds and completely together! great job! this is a beautiful piece and it doesn't bother me at all that they used a similar prop because its obvious the choreography is different. well done!
Ok I'm not here to bad mouth but this idea was taken from Dance Precisions from last year. Shannon Mather did this same Prop last year with Paula and Ashley. It was called Fallen. I just can't believe somebody would take that idea. Thats like taking The Pirate Ship from YO HO.
do you see any of the same choreography ?? no because people have taken prop ideas before and it does not necessarily mean they stole that persons dance. how many people have used a chair ora bench or a tabke in their dances?? yeah...thats what i thought.
I totally understand that. But taking that kinda of prop, that people would remember. Chair's and Bench's people kinda don't remember. And yes there are some similar choreography in it of how they used the prop. But again I'm not trying to bad mouth I was just saying Why would you try and use a prop like that when another studio already made it amazing.
well thats not exactly true either....Heidi and travis used a park bench and people still continue to use that...thats one of the most memorable dances ever but people dont seem to mind...a prop is a prop....just watch the dance.
i didnt mean to be rude and i dont believe i sais anything to offend anyone, just making a point like everybody else. to me announcing that ideas were taken is pretty agressive dont you think?
