Su respiracion en los squats esta muy mal, el debe inalar cuando esta en la fase negativa y exalar en la positiva. No es correcto retener la respiracion surante algun ejercicio

don't try this routine until you are technically proficient in the single kettlebell exercises first
i have other vids that use just one
and kbs are killer!

tell her I said hello and she should join us again
any one of the training sessions that only employs the use of 1 kettlebell should be fine also
