Hey look Canadian politics, maybe Americans should come post opinions about domestic affairs and assert their opinions about a country that is not their own just as Canadians seem to do about American politics and domestic affairs; let's all use platitudes and ad hominem while we deploy straw man arguments to demean a subject we know nothing about.
Yeah! We have no voice in Canada's interests but should assert our opinions as gospel truth, afterall we need to return the favor to Canuks.
You need to Learn about how your Government Works before you make a FOOL of yourself on YouTube. Oh and Canada did have a COALITION Government under L.B Pearson and it's Perfectly LEGAL. When Harper LOST the Support of the MAJORITY of MPs in the HOC (who are HIS Equals for Harper is Just an MP representing Calgary South) he LOSES his JOB as PM because he's Not " President Harper "you dumb idiot.
I think you should dissolve your government and become a state of the United States of America, LOL! Just think you would be larger than the state of Alaska!
i have a couple things to point out: 1 only like 53 % of canadians able to vote voted, and out of that, its like 39 % tories, so the majority of canadains did not vote for harper, 2ed in a minority, u have to cooperate with opposition, witch harper doesnt do, 3rd if the coalition had formed, dion would only be interm leader till may, n last, the bloc r NOT part of the coalition, they have agreed 2 support it on confidence votes for 18 months
One little clarification regarding the political system in Canada - do not mistake those in the coalition as being "not voted in" or "losers" in the election - these members are elected speaking members of the House. Our government, regardless of minority or majority, is always made up of representatives from several parties. What a minority means, very simply put, is that less than 50% of the elected speaking members of the House come from the same party as the PM.
well i share some views and concerns but i feel Canada as a hole did vote for the coalition, But i do feel that a coalition should be formed before parliament starts or being the first agenda after a minority is voted, And like you have stated it is done in many other countries around the world. and not always with the leading minorities co-operation. And perhaps this is the only time to deal with it so that the majority of voters are always represented witch is what its all about right

The U.S. will most likely annex us if we don't get working on our military.
