There is no glove- I just pulled my sweatshirt over my hand because we hadn't filed his nails for a while and they were sort of sharp.

Check the eye color. Male cockatoos are deep black, femaies have dark brown to redish brown eyes.

My mom was a huge Packers fan and she also loved birds. She would have loved this video and the fact that the Packers won another Super Bowl. Every time I see it I think of her.

I will try to answer some of the question all at once. Dusty is very much a part of our family and has been for just short of 15 years. Dusty will be 15 on Monday February 7th 2011. Dusty Picked up the toon listening to the Packer games back in the 1997 season when the polka song was playing. We then encouraged the words with him and through the years he has gotten better at his pronunciation. Dusty loves cheese, potato chips and bonanas. He really gets going in a crowd. I think you'll deserve a call from "Ellen" after all she was rooting for us against the bears...n we all know how she LOVES her animals!! I've a maxi pionus but she can't talk like dusty can...n he bobs his head too without really hearing the track, what musicality!! He ranks up there with snowball the cockatoo...have you ever seen him??
