An eleven year old BOY using a .50 caliber pistol? I highly doubt it. I'm 6'0 and a 166lbs - when I fire off my desert eagle I'm lucky it doesn't bruise me or break something. For them to claim this kid was able to fire eight plus rounds is just over the top. Hannity's claims of being a gun expert are laughable.
That's correct. This is a little boy. I could bench press is dad's fat ass and I don't enjoy firing my friends .50. That is a fucking big gun. Puts a bit of a sting like an wooden bat on a cold day.
That .50 cal doesn't recoil to badly. Your wrist and elbow and the weight of the gun absorb most of the recoil so it's really not a issue.
I've fired high power rifle ammo in handguns like the Thompson Encore that were far more powerful than that .50 cal and still the recoil was quite manageable.
That Desert Eagle should be even less harsh because it's a semi-auto and would absorb more recoil than a revolver. I think you are over estimating the power of that .50 cal.

A Performance Center S&W .500 with a muzzle brake is actually more comfortable to shoot than my 4" S&W Model 29 in .44mag.
