I'll admit that I come back to this video every time my strokes go off. Excellent demonstration of stroke production, and thanks a lot for putting it up!!
Loving the backhand you have, when you hit the ball with power into the corner it looks brilliant. I have a one-handed backhand too but i'm just a beginner really, I can hit forehand winner with topspin but when it comes to my backhand I really struggle at the moment. I'd love to have a backhand like that one day.
even with no wrist movement your backhand spin is good. why federer have so much wrist movement on his topspin backhand? is that more prone to wrist accident?
Good try but improve your breakdowns and how to's before moving away from 2.5 -3.0 players

@imadesiboy1993 In that case you need to get a new tennis coach.

@supertrex2 Basically the difference is in the grip, the closer to the continental grip you are the less wrist rotation you have.

I prefer the two-handed backhand. It's more consistent.

Keep your head still after the shot. Don't look at how pretty your hit it... give it a second after the follow thru

Don't listen to them. You have good power on your forehand and this was just a drill. I'm sure you know better.
