i hate how people say green day suck and blink 182 is better. I can't jam with my cousins when i start to play some green day cause they say they suck and that blink and angels and airwaves are better. I'm 24 and i grew up with green day and they made me want to play guitar. And if it wasn't for green day, tom and mark would be working at burger king right now. GD is musically superior and their songs have meaning and are therapeutic. Blink just palm mute and strum bass to nothing but cuss words

but in all fairness if you listen to his early stuff the solo's are freakin mental..

and in the studio he does all the guitaring himself so its not like he gets other people to play live with them cos he cant do it..
