Sorry, typo, it's not the *seventh* habit, Stephen Covey's book's called "The Seven Habits". Then he wrote another book called "The Eighth Habit".

This is pretty friggin' awesome. Far too many people are just content sitting back waiting for someone else to do the work, and in the end, in a society where everyone develops that mindset, nothing happens.

It's nice that he decided to do what he could to help people. Speaking of paradigms and institutionalizing principles, I think he's a fan of Stephen Covey's writings, the seventh habit and all.
