ok... you download the strings file to your hardrive, rename it in to .xml, then open it, do the same thing he did, but after you are done editing, rename it back to .strings, and replace it with the original on your itouch

Okay some people have been getting the error message about error in code return or what ever... I have the solution:

plutil -convert xml1 SpringBoard.strings

Instead of:

plutil -c xml1 SpringBoard.strings

The Reason:

-c is not a command WinSCP recognizes
