This has really made an impact in my life. We are so full of BFO's (blind flashes of the obvious), our organizations are so full of BFO's. Seems to me is not what you already know has to be or can be done, it's the constant reminder that we need to get in touch with our own selves and by doing that we can get it touch with our internal and external customers in a more possitive and productive way.

Our customers dont want to feel like a number (take a turn is more like take a hike!)
