Only few people know John like I do. This is all an act. If you know him like I do, you know that he is actually a great guy who is willing to go out of his way to help a friend. Is this supposed to be funny? If so, shame on you! The mentally disabled are not to be exploited for the sake of comedic immaturity. This man needs prolonged clinical attention and the care of many trained physicians.
