  • This video makes me sad. So much silly BS, I find it sad that people would be suckered into this. Incorrect use of big words to grab attention and confuse people who don't know better is low marketing at its best.

  • this workout sucks ,No hard work = No results

  • some good exercise here and keep up the good work with the creative workouts

  • brutal looking workout

  • This is one of the MOST ill training vids that I've seen in a VERY long time. Holy shit. Kinda makes me want to ditch all my vids and start vlogging from scratch lol. Wicked!

  • I'd go in a battle with her.....

  • do you do this in circuits?

  • awesome

  • this is such an upgrade from going to the gym and slammin some weights around. thx for the post

  • Scarecrow extensions are very beneficial for strengthening the rotator cuff. The is a variation of the "L" stretch for pre-habilitation for the shoulder. It is an exercise that is for stability rather than bodybuilding. Many orthopedic surgeons will recommend this moment post surgery for rehabing the shoulder. Minimal resistance is required.

  • Killer workout! You've given me new ideas. I appreciate it.

  • Are the scarecrow extensions bad for the rotator cuff

  • @warunner1088 not really. if your only using 5 pounds per hand it should be beneficial to rotator strength.

  • I believe I sold you my ViewSonic monitor off craigslist a few months back lol. Small world, nice exercises :)

  • this looks great for groundfighting and grappling

  • To poster --> Any way you could post weights in the description? It's not hard to estimate at the beginning but I have no idea w/ the bag...

  • very creative indeed.. but to lose weight..just use the treadmill..eat less..and exercise more..

  • Borrrrinnnngggg :)

  • If only it was that simple :P Been living on a low fat, low carb, high protein diet and done fitness boxing 4 times a week for 4 months and no results! Or yeah I've gotten muscles but haven't lost weight, just gained.

  • please check out UNDERGROUND WELLNESS just awesome! =)

  • I've been trying carbohyrdate cycling & have dropped around 4 kilos & 3% body fat in 2 weeks, tho I am doing 30 min cardio every morning & 30 min resistance 3 days a week/30 min session as this video the other 2 days in the arvo.

eating potatoes, oats, olive oil with salads, avocado, ricotta cheese, 2 serves of fruit 4 b/fast & m/tea & lots of vegies, lean meats, nuts & seeds.

I guess my point is, we don't know exactly what you have done over the 4 months, only you know the truth!

    :)

  • Good for you! :-) Well I did write what I've done. 3-5 one hour intense cardio/strenght work outs a week (boxing!) and stayed on a 5 small meals a day diet. Meals mean porridge for breakfast, fruit for snack, omeletts/tuna/quinoa/cottage cheese etc for lunch, müsli (with oats, sunflowerseed, pumpkinseed and linseed) for afternoon snack and different veggie/bean/fish dishes for dinner.

  • ok, I was refering 2 yr food intake, looks very nutritious, tho porridge, fruit, muesli, quinoa & beans are not low carb, this a high carb food plan, which is great nutrition, however needs lots of exercise to burn off, this looks more like a maintainence program, than for fat loss, extremely healthy tho!

I suggest dropping the high carbs 4 aft. snack & dinner, fibrous carbs only!

ps: I also don't know how much, if at all, you have indulged in processed carb junk

    best wishes!

    :)

  • Well I figured I need carbs, or it'd turn into Atkins diet and since I'm also vegetarian food just got very complicated to cut out carbs so severely so I stayed with low GI carbs. Also I never indulge in processed carbs or junk food since I'm sensitive to gluten, fast food is not for me!

But thanks for your tip, I will keep that in mind for now. :-)

  • our diaglogue was spawed from yr post saying you were on a low carb diet ... which isnt the case at all ... I guess being a vegetarian makes it tricky, coz most non meat sources of protein are high carb ie: legumes

dropping the starchy carbs for your last 2 meals will automatically reduce your overall carb intake, making it a moderate carb day, you'll feel great having carbs for meals 1-3, and taper it off for meals 4 & 5 ... will make a big difference !

good luck with it all ...

    :)
