  • I LOVE DAVID TENNANT. being from the states, all you british people hear accents and just are like, eh accent. cause you guys hear it all the time. here in america, or colorado specifically, its lame because our "accents" are lame. and davids voice and his accent, ah, it just melts me. :)

  • They should put this on a dvd. I would defiantly buy it! I bet all of you would too! My grandma had a stroke when I was younger and it was very hard to deal with. I know some of what the people feel. She was there and yet she wasn't, her mind was gone and the person that she was to us was no more. Recovery was so heart breaking and yet it showed that they were willing to try so the ending was essentially a new beginning. I just love David and everything that he does!

  • These sharp big collars are out since... dunno-- but on David even this looks great :-)

Is just me or is it electrifying when he lowers the pitch of his voice? *sigh*

  • David Tennant is the greatest actor of our time, if not all of time. :)

  • he was fantastic in recovery as he was in everything else he does... hamlet was amazing!!!!

  • hes gorgeous :)

    i lurvvvvveee him!

    excellent actor <3

  • I think the most heart breaking scene in the movie was right after the clip they showed, when his wife is talking to him, and asks him why he yelled, what the hell was going through his mind. And he looks so confused for a moment and then he says "Exactly what was coming out of my mouth."

  • I had a TBI in a car accident a few years ago but it was not nearly as bad as most since it just affected my memory and eyesight very mildly, but it still had an effect on me.

  • I first saw David in Secret Smile, which I thought was fantastic, then I saw him in Recovery and it became apparant what a great actor he is. I don't watch Dr Who as it's not my kind of thing, but I thought he was very good in Learners and I'm looking forward to Hamlet airing this Christmas. :-)

  • OMG! You don't watch Dr. Who???? I didn't till someone TOLD me to and I started with Christopher Eccelston whom I loved in it...I was not so sure at first with David ....then midway through is first showing I was in love with him as The Doctor. The stories are so good..even with Christopher Eccelston. Hamlet is so good! I ordered my copy to be released this may.

  • My husband suffered brain damage after a stroke in 2001, and when I watched this drama on Tuesday (with my husband) I was spellbound. Both David and Sarah brilliantly played out exactly what I went through, down to minute details. Every emotion I felt, the anger, the fear - it was all there! Congratulations on brilliant acting! For me, it's all so real. My husband and I also are still together despite his aphasia and paralysis.

  • woooow... thank you for sharing. I would never have been able to see this otherwise from the states. :)

  • When I watched Recovery, I was genuinely amazed. It was a very good piece of TV. And David was absolutely fantastic.

  • Thanks for uploading, already looking for this a long time, now I have to found the one of 2008.
