I'd like to add that when you have the 4 keys in position you need to pull them outwards, i.e. towards the doors on their respective sides, as you also pull the radio out.
@DjClarky78 I intend to fit an MP3 adapter kit to the Quadlock. I eventually managed to get the unit out using the 4 keys. The trick is knowing exactly where to put them and how much pressure to use-not wanting to bend anything inside that I couldnt see. It's only when you get the unit out you can see what the keys actually do. It was a learning process which took me about 20 minutes.
@atwistoflemming There's no real trick to it, just a heads up to take care when inserting, and make sure they "feel" right before using any force on them.
@MrDyldoBaggins Thanks - yes, bought them on ebay. Tried everywhere to find the removal pins, could only find them as part of a kit. Couldn't find the wiring harness anywhere, (aerpro don't make them). Didn't even look for the double din adaptor locally - knew it would be a lot cheaper on ebay.
@0007nexus Thanks mate - just thought I'd put a vid together to help others while I was installing stereo, easier to use text - not looking for fame on here, just trying to help and give back a bit for all the times I've found info on here, so like you say, not sure why the dislikes? Thanks for the kind words anyway.
All this MP3 Twitter Technology and we don't even have a CD Player that can work properly. How many car stereo players have failed on us? How many car stereo players have the capability of installing a sound system so we don't have to damage our interior by installing a horrific looking Aftermarket Deck that doesn't even fit. It doesn't even match the interior.
thanks mate

Actual video footage of the insertion of the four tools, and any wiggling/ manouvering of them would have been helpful but this is helpful.

Thanks for the very useful video and for the time you took to give such detailed information!
Not sure what the people disliking it were expecting but it's the best I've seen.

@VasyleTheBest Thanks mate - I'm getting a few thumbs down on here for some reason? No music perhaps? Thanks for the kind words.

@DjClarky78 lack of sound is the reason for the thumbs down. lack of voice instructions, to be precise.
