@luvmyPT92ss yeah it's been fixed. My mechanic looked at it and realized that 2 of the exhaust ports had 2 spacers each on them, instead of one. So there was a gap between the head and manifold. And the misfiring was due to a bad injector.
step 1: Check your timing. (if good then..) step 2: Adjust your valves (It sounds like you have an exhaust valve that's not seating properly) step 3: check if all cyls are fireing correctly. if that doesn't work buy a toyota

The volvo 850 will start and run with up to 2 teeth incorrectly alligned. check if you did align it properly. If you didnt fix it already :)
