How did you create the chest piece? I was considering stretching and hammering some sheet metal into the right shape, but I was wondering if creating a caste or fiberglassing a mold would be better. I have yet to find a tutorial that includes chest pieces for girls. D:

Look, that armor is cool. I dont care what sex you are. Ive met both the real boba and jango actors at C3+C4, theyre really cool, down to earth guys. =) I agree with the guys below, gamer/geek girls are all over the place, it would seem even Colorado ;) haha. But in this day and age, with so many people around, theres bound to be at least 1 or 2 into some really obscure stuff. Yes, even star wars, which has its fan base in the millions. You might be surprised how many hot nerdy chicks are out there! If you want to meet more of them, I would suggest getting into online gaming. I sell old toys and collectibles on eBay, and almost half of my clientele is female. One of the hottest girls that I know drools over Boba Fett. Hydraness, I really like the costume! I have been thinking about making a Fett costumes myself. To depreciate your costs, consider using flour, water and newspaper- then sand it for smoother features.

I made my own pair of mandalorian armour. But mine wasn't as nice as yours. The armour I made saved my life a couple times. For the helmat, Similer to the material you; used I'm using an apoxy putty. It dries rock hard. I made a set last year; but i got the shit beat out of me from the local ass holes. Yah, ill integrate a ballistic knife into the gautlet... Any ways, nice to see another Mandalorian. Any ways I am really impressed with the armour.

I attached it with first, industrial strength velcro and a screw and bolt system that fits through eyelets on the jumpsuit and vest.
