you mean if you eat a lot but still work out then you will be fine, if thats the case i agree, i accually was working out during the summer and lost some weight, but now that schools back the only time i get the chance is during gym, therefore i have gained somewieght (and when i say some, i mean like a pund or two in both cases), thanks for the comment!
