@Jarawilla, they had gone to Malawi the Friday b4 the 1982 coup attempt in Kenya. They had b4 that recorded a song in praise of Mtukufu Moi and they played it a lot after the coup was crushed. Moi loved the song n on inquiries on who'd done it, it came to light some members had no work permits hence the immigration problems. Most Mangelepa guys were naturalized Kenyans anyway having come here early 70's . Glad they r back on their feet now..
Jarawilla , what exactly happened in Malawi ? they were never the same again after that tour. This song has a tinge of "KANEMO" about it, sounds like a typical Kalenga Nzazi Vivi composition.
