a 10 billion dollar industry is not really big in NYC. it is infact very small compared to the whole new york. There are only 2 countries in the world that really relies on fashion as an important industry which are France and Italy. So ironic that the fashion industry always rely on the rich and now they have to do a PSA to appeal to the lower income group.

Why have this PSA when ppl who buy from the designers are usually rich and dont watch tv or internet. Are the designers trying to target the lower income group cause if the rich dont spend anymore, none will spend. If brands dont lower price, then what is the use after all if ppl want to spend, they have to spend within budget and not get into debt.
