@josh, You can purchase on my website (see info under video), at Scheels Sporting Goods store in Appleton, Wisconsin or tomorrow at the Wisconsin Bowhunter's Convention. Thanks for the question.
@Michigander79 Ultimately it is personal preference how to field dress big game. The Viscerator (1) protects the user with enclosed blades (the sharp blades face each other) making it safer to use than any single bladed knife with an exposed edge (2) this design allows the user to cut only what is between the blades, not the intestines for example, since the spine of the knife is not sharp (3) if the pelvic bone is split, the anus/contents never enter the deer - zero contamination.
Wow this actually looks pretty slick! There is nothing worse than accidentally cutting the intestines open when you are gutting a deer. I can't imagine that really happening quite as easily with this.
@mharmonty As demonstrated in the video, cutting is achieved by pushing the knife in the opposite direction of the hunter. Another safety feature is the Wharncliffe style blade tips which are much safer than the typical drop point style. Please visit my website and read the History section. Increasing hunter safety was paramount in designing the Viscerator® field dressing knife.

This knife encourages cutting towards yourself. That is not a good idea.
