I have considered doing this. I have the money, and really not interest in joining the 9 to 5 work force, would rather die, tired, poor, and hungry, then be a slave to the economy, seeing that someone else has this much courage to take the road less traveled gives me all the confidence.
i wish one day i will go to usa , and will have a trip like this one, u know i was watching a lots videos like that and i am realising that usa is a great country...
i am from SA and i hope u will understand my accent :D, great job , great video !!!
Great video man, wish I had bumped into you at what I think I recognize as the SeaFair parade in the beginning of the clip... either way man thanks for this, really cheered me up today
great video! glad to see others are spreading the word that people are generally more than willing to help someone in need. i hitchhiked from Nevada to Argentina about 5 years ago, and started a film company to change perceptions from a fear-based reality. Check us out if you get a chance - all the best!!
amazing trip and great editing!!! excellent demonstration of the goodness of american people... a suggestion, maybe try a cut of just the trip montage with locations in subtitles, and less narrating, for the short attention spans out there.
omg my family and i saw u in "Icarus" its Issaquah, WA!!! i thought something was up because u had nice shoes and a friggin blackberry! i saw this on the daily wh.at, u know u got put there.
Great video and glad you made it! I love the song and the time lapse idea. I very rarely pick up hitchers. I did the other day, a middle age (like me) fellow from Ireland. Had a nice conversation. Of course he mentioned that he had a hard time getting picked up on his trip.
Did you bring any money with you when you left? If so, how much did you bring and how much were you left with at the end? What did you do for sleeping arrangements for all the days? What were some pros and cons about this trip?
which software u used to create presentation?

This is absolutely incredible! I would love to have an adventure on this grand of a scale! Gorgeous pictures, and fantastic editing job. :)
And, judging by all of the happy faces in your trip, I'm glad that not everyone in this world are completely unsocial beings.
