  • Thanks for the advice!! I'm happy to know that I'm doing these excercises for 10 minutes everyday, so I guess I'm on the right track. I've been doing some work on my hips, the click is almost gone, sometimes not there at all, probably you can share a few excercises more for the hips? I have about 6 or 7 I do everyday in the morning then in the evening before my splits training. Thank you so much, you have a new fan here.
