  • What the Czar is saying is "we, your government, could never begin defend our position on recreational". The Czar a dope who we the people pay to look stupid and enslave us. I don't know about you but I think it's time we the people, get off the Zoloft and start standing up to tools like this empty suit, dumb-ass.

  • not really free speech because there is no free, open forum for discussion of these sort of topics. as he showed, he was 'allowed' to open discussion on it. it's too dangerous

  • Well of course the drug czar and the DEA , the office for national drug control policy, and 70 percent of all the other federal law enforcement agencies don't want drugs to be legal. It's like asking a sushi chef if he thinks sushi should be banned. His job depends on it. We need to stop asking the government to legalize it and start doing it ourselves. Start the petitions and get a referendum going! We can end this tomorrow if we wanted to. What are you all waiting for?

  • @remsensor

Not to mention the fact that, when people like this resign, they usually come out in favor of ending prohibition, or even that marijuana isn't a big deal. It's just their job to say no.

  • Well that was a good reason.... Is that all? Link to the whole discussion?

  • Facts and figures, common sense, and humanity not in my vocabulary.

  • I am sure he supported the war in Iraq though.

  • The world is run by the BORG.You must assimilate!

  • it would be my guess Gil Kerlikowske is a dick

  • He says it's not in his vocabulary, because he would lose his job if it was legalized.

  • Gil your such a eagle maniac.

  • @19gene61 I think you mean ego maniac

  • "It's not in my vocabulary." Why is it that the drug war defense revolves around avoiding the question? Please one of you who feel you should protect me from myself. Tell me why.

  • what a piece of shit i hope he dies a horrible death

  • Oh so it's,"Those two people" not,"We the people".

  • Wow, not in their vocab, eh? Why do politicians take pride in being close minded? It's a cancer that spreads to the rest of us, and makes us turn on each other when really over 80% of us stand united under oppression of all kinds. WTF are we doing fighting each other with people like this out there to unite against?!

  • if these guys want it illeagal you can bet they are involved with making money from the black market ... when he says leagalisation is not in his vocabulary what he really means is ,my cronies wont make millions from the black market which funds my exravagent lifestyle

  • WOW the guys answer was shorter than the question

  • and the award for most ignorant man in america goes to... this douche!

  • Look at how all the drug czar's lies are just eating and oppressing him. Free speech and discussion.... Oh really? 50% of Americans are in favor of legalizing marijuana and legalization isn't in this guys "vocabulary" much less on his calendar.

  • @MrMemoryslot It failed 46% to 54% in California... if California didn't vote yes, it's not very likely many states will. Washington might, this year. If not, California, Nevada, and Mass. may very well legalize in 2012... still... this is one tough-ass battle here.

  • @aSpoonfedTribe those guys mean ALL drugs, witch in my opinion is hurting the marijuana cause because legalizing marijuana is more publicly acceptable than legalizing crack, haroin, ect. not many ppl use that shit anyway, like 90% of were ppl get in trouble from and what the govt spends money on is marijuana.

  • @kirill2525 Legalizing all drugs is not a bad thing. It takes all the money away from violent drug cartels and will allow these addicts to seek treatment instead of incarceration. Legalizing drugs decreases drug use, look at Portugal.

  • comfortable until u vote to completely legalize it. after some years if that working out that u can start discusing other drugs but i honestly don't think that will work out too well. people are accepting marijuana now more then ever yet things like prop 19 failed. we should consecrate on one thing at a time)

  • @seanmartin888 i never said it was, but it takes time. you cant just legalize everything at once, no one will vote for it.you need to take it one step at a time, first start with legalizing medicinal marijuana, hat when people are comfortable with it, talke away some restrictions and keep passing bills until its legalized. after some years of it being legal and people are more open about drugs, you can start talking about legalizing other drugs too, one step at a time.

  • @seanmartin888 lol read the comments backwards, i messed op on the order of them XD

  • I won't vote for obama then.

  • I hope you all are reading the latest Marijuana news. The Government will keep the actual plant illegal but use the THC as a fix for many ailments. I tell you they just want to make money on it and still keep it illegal. Well I say fuck that and screw the government's want for more money as I smoke my foot long clear wrapped blunt.

  • @doomsword86 not as bad as watching it again with a foot long Spliff.

  • Easy to scape of the question. These are the people that we are paid for?

    Puff!!

  • Legalizing drugs isn't in his vocabulary because it would put him out of his then defunct job and you should never bite the hand that feeds you. I agree with PiratedComedy, "the Czar and Obama should both look into expanding their vocabularies then"!!!

  • If you look really close, you can see the strings attached to this Drug Czar Puppet. :P

  • 1:07

    And it's not in mine.

Now, excuse me so I can snort some cocaine.

  • TAKE DOWN THE CZAR!!! REVOLUTION!!!!!!

  • ask the czar about banning alcohol;

  • Oh yeah We are definitely rising up. But its gonna get a hell of a lot worse before it gets better. I agree we can't give up this fight. We can't be silenced or misguided by people who believe these issues irrelavent. We must continually, vehemently and consistently reject the idea that this problem will solve itself. None of the problems will solve themselves. We know what the problems are. Lets use the most important resource available to us wisely while it is still available to us.

  • I am of course talking about the internet. Wikileaks has got to be the biggest source of incriminating evidence against the people in power today. We MUST fight to have wikileaks Re-established, maintained, AND UNCORRUPTED; however, I am afraid Julian Assange may have already cut a deal with the people threatening to assassinate him. We shall see. But for now let's all use Julian Assange as a role model. We can all make websites like wikileaks. I would not be oppossed to encouraging that trend

  • How can he get away with something like that!! That was total ignorance. And we pay for that?

  • LEGALIZE ALL drugs, and TAX them relatively to their damages. People will quickly realize which are the *really* dangerous drugs.

Prohibition, and only prohibition, is what makes the drugs dangerous, very dangerous. It makes them proliferating, it puts the children and the weak in the hands of the bandits. The sooner we end prohibition, the better it will be for the entire society.

  • He never even answered the question.... probably because he knows he's wrong!

  • If I was president I'd appoint my cockatiel as drug czar, He'd be just as useful.

  • Why is this man not impeached?

  • By law the Drug Czar has to denounce any attempts at legalization. sadly thats his job.

  • Why does this video title say "stumps" the Czar? I only saw him answer the question but he didn't look stumped.

  • Maybe I should beat gil over the Fucking head with dictionary then if legalization isn't in that faggot cocksuckers vocabulary

  • In 2008, California police made 78,500 arrests related to marijuana

  • fuck the police , fuck the government , fuck the war on drugs

  • What a joke. Obama failed to live up to my expectations. Lesser of two evils though I guess.

  • one of the definitions of insanity is to keep doing the same thing while expecting a different result. 40 years is a long time, and it seems we are either deluded into thinking it made a difference, or think it has not been long enough to produce results. Frankly speaking this war had been an utter failure. Harm reduction is the only real conversation that should be on the table. I mean what is the reason for this bloody 40 year war? Protect people from themselves?

    Harm Reduction!!!

  • its not in his vocabulary due to a 3rd grade education

  • It is crazy how far behind politicians are than the true masses, it is way to taboo for them to even speak about the subject. Legalize, tax, control drugs= No more drug cartel. And if people are so against legalizing and controling drugs, when you see them in the store DONT BUY THEM!!! its as simple as that, and if people choose to use them, at least they wont have to worry about half the drug cut with clorox

  • These government men really excel at responding to questions with a non-answer.

  • I am running for Sheriff in Arkansas and I am in agreement that the current policies of the Government and especially the State of Arkansas is not working an a change is needed. I state this in my campaign. We cannot in law enforcement arrest our way out of the drug problem. Arkansas ranks #1 for meth addiction and use and we are in the top 5 states that spends the least on Drug Education and Drug Treatment Programs.

  • God, I have watched so many of these fucking debates about legalizing weed on Youtube...and I just feel so powerless because all of the fucking logic in the world is not enough...I really just want to fucking kill one of these lowlifes who profit off of our suffering.

  • @Moglitronable I feel the same way. i just want to pull the drugs czar head out of his ass and bring him back out of that fantasy world hes living in..

  • This drug czar actually has a step son who has addiction problems he should be more open minded. as for michelle lonehart new head DEA she wants to shut down medical marijuana something a majority of americans belive in. What can we do as Americans to fight back.......PROTEST!

  • when is the DEA going to come to terms with how badly they're failing?

  • It's not in vocabulary because he and his entire office would be out of a high-paying job. As long as he gets his paycheck, I'm sure he could care less about how idiotic he looks. In the next presidential election, I am voting for the candidate who will take this matter seriously and consider a repeal of present drug prohibition laws.

When our elected officials don't listen to public opinion, they won't last long.

  • @dsessom shit we thought Obama would do that. but as soon as he got in office it went out the window.. he was down decriminalizing and everything..

  • Oh NO! we dont want to take the easy work away from the Obama administration and the DEA.

THEN THEY WOULD HAVE TO CATCH SOME REAL CRIMINALS.

They dont want to legalize weed. because they dont want to be blammed for 73 years of failed prohibition and trillions of dollars wasted..

Thats why its not in there "Vocabulary". Ignorant fucks is all they are..

  • @lawlmann so true

  • President Obama's appointee to be the drug czar is just a jerk who wants to keep his high paying Govt job. He would not hesistate to lock up half the people in America if it meant he gets to live the good life. He pretends that he has America's best interest at heart but it is obvious that is not the case!

  • @PracticedMan Another good Point made.

  • With a $100 Billion going to DEA and thats just Tax Payers Money ,much more money in confiscation .Just think of all the rehabilitation Centers we could open to help those in need "Insanity is doing the same thing Over and Over expecting a different outcome" We beat Russia and China with Prisoner's ,finally, we are in First Place.! Mexico legalized everything in small amounts ,DEA Retaliated with Lie's~Nixon a Paranoid Schizophrenic started this illegal activity .

    Archaic and Antiquated 86 it

  • @sadhouse they need more people hooked so they can make tons more money and arrests . so, it only makes sense they would not use the drug proceeds for rehabilitation .

  • legalize weed x and shrooms

    dumb fucking government

  • What a fucking twat. lol

  • If it's not in Obama vocabulary He has to go!

  • fuckin damn goverment

  • Legalize weed... that's in my vocabulary...

  • I would never suppress free speech however I will remove words from my vocabulary... Makes perfect sense if you live in 1984.

  • LOL. What a fucking douchebag. He didn't answer the question!! all he did was repeat the same crap he said before. Despite ALL the evidence for it, and all the experts for it, this jackass drug czar just ignores it b/c of his own blind ideology. God, this sickens me to no end. It's confirmation bias 101 w/ these anti-drug abstinence dumbfucks. Whether it be alcohol, smoking, drugs, or sex, the abstinence fucktards are ALWAYS on the wrong side of history and facts. Just give it up.

  • @whoo689 And it seems that the Prince of Pot will be sent to the U.S., where he could face very severe charges, just for mailing pot seeds. What a fucking country I live in!! When will all this madness end??

  • @whoo689 All drugs are are EDIBLE SUBSTANCES. They don't "take control" of most people, can be done in moderation, and aren't nearly as addictive as some claim. It is possible for most users to keep it under control. Nor does it cause crime. The BLACK MARKET causes the crime. Weed is just a fucking plant, for christ sake. Yet everyone acts like they're these magical substances and organisms that will kill society if we don't clamp down. That have some kind of mind of their own.

  • You know why they don't want legalization? Go meet a weed farmer.. 9/10 weed farmers are free from social conditioning, free from political conditioning, free from ties to nationality, free from the MATRIX.

  • That is pathetic. Every time someone asks a bang on question about legalisation the response it, "Legalisation is not in my vocabulary"

    They have NO argument!

  • I like how he says that he would debate it, or not supress free speech in that discussion. and then just abrubtly says it is not in their vocabs and walks away.

They do not want to debate, because there is NO debate. LEGALIZE MARIJUANA. Put an end to the mexican drug cartels and all the senseless violence. There is already enough violence to go around.

  • @MrBluntsworth420 not to mention all of the corruption in "official" departments and a dismantling of the bootstomping merc rings who are spying on American people.

  • You just want job security..at the cost of the entire country being overrun by criminals you can't stop!!! Idot. Traitor. Overall dumb fuck!

You need a better vocabulary. Admitting that your education is insufficient isn't a sufficient excuse for being ignorant.

  • And Big Tobacco and Big Alcohol. Funny how there was an Amendment to both illegalize and legalize alcohol, while there has never been an Amendment regarding cannabis. SHADY politics has permeated this DEA culture since 1936 and before.

  • "Not in my vocabulary" is clearly a very immature, and, in fact, incorrect statement, as I'm sure this college-educated man knows the word "legalization,: he is merely blinded by the money Big Pharma, Big Oil, and Big Paper throws his way. SHAME on this pencil-pushing Nazi!

  • Genesis 1:29 !!!

  • this wasnt really a stump, it was just a cop out talking point

  • lol What a softball fucking answer. We can't let these prohibitionst fucks get away with that kind of nonsense. He should've at least tried to justify, so we can poke holes in his argument, his view that legalization is off the table.

You know, being a drug czar must really require a real ability to deny the facts and ignore truth for the sake of politics. Luckily, I don't have that ability. Nor do millions of Americans who are fed up with this shit.

  • @whoo689 I wonder how long it'll be until at least one of the former drug czars comes out and say "Yes, decrim or legalization are possible. The drug war is a mistake. I'm sorry I led the fight."

  • Mr. Drug Czar, isnt it true if drugs are legalized you will no longer have job?

  • Yes, I second that. Mr. Drug Czar, wouldn't drug legalization indeed render you jobless?

  • i am an idiiot and know full well that prohibitions is completely unsuccessful and imprisions millions and has cost a trillion dollars, however, i am not a stupid fu*k, i do not want to end up on the unemployement line. now i will walk away from the mic so that all you other stupid fu*s understand that this conversation is OVER!

  • Valadar917 go fuk yurself u fukin L7 ass bitch

  • RACIST: EVERYONE LOOK AT WHAT JENN1IFER POSTED ON MY PROFILE

"Marijuana makes the negro brain crazed and want to have sex with white women. FACT "

AND YOU JUST STUPID FOR SAYING THIS...

"if you touch hemp you will get skin cancer"

  • Lol, actually quite the opposite. Cannabis oil actually shrinks and destroys cancer cells. Way to twist the logic, whoever you're quoting.

  • Fact: negroes like pussy, white or otherwise. I like pussy too, white or otherwise. I don't know about skin cancer but I do know that clothing has been successfully made from hemp.

I truly believe that it is not marijuana that makes a negro brain "crazed" but I do know that it probably makes them hungry for fried chicken. Personally speaking, I enjoy pot because it soothes the beast within me, makes negroes feel like brothers and tones down my desire to kill someone like YOU!

  • @MelOAyness Why would you want to kill me? because i am pro-legalization? That i am exposing someone who is spreading lies on youtube and being racist?

  • gore-

Did you ever stop to think that Jennifer1 just doesn't like you? Why not go to her channel and fuck with her instead of whining to us here because we cannot help you in this matter?

Did you expect us to console you or sympathize with you because of jennifer's posting on your channel? Dude, you need to "man-up", fight your own battles and not expect us to take up your banner and your fight. We all have problems but the MEN among us solve these problems and YOU need to become a man, dude!

  • @MelOAyness Did you ever think i might be doing that already with several others? You might not want to help in this matter but that does not mean you or other CAN NOT help. I need to man up and fight my own battles? no one person can fight a battle and be successful. You say the men among us solve the problems and i need to become a man. So you can't and are unwilling to help therefore you are not in fact a man and "YOU need to become a man, dude!"

  • Yo, gore,

What would you have me do in the way of help? I've already gone to jennifer's channel and left a stinging indictment on her misinformed mission, what in hell else can I do?

  • @MelOAyness i just posted that info to everyone of her friends, subscribers, person supporting her on her channel, and every video that was favorited on her channel...don't expect you to do anything...i expect the information to be there to anyone who views her channel etc so they will know about that clear fact

  • @gore1014911

You are right, she is evil and surely racist. I'm certain that one day, all of her bad karma will catch up with her and we'll get the last laugh on her, won't we? I'm a firm believer in internet justice and just watch and see, she'll get hers!

  • For those of you who aren't fluent in the language of politics, let me translate the Administration's message:

"You can babble all you want, but in the end, F*#% YOU!"

  • If you really want to be for the people, then listen to the fucking people! Regulate It !

  • yeah if freedom of speech covers the clothes i wear, the words i say, the opinions i have, the gestures i make... why dosen't it cover the drugs i want to use they give me a depresent that make me loose control like booze or somthing made with rat poison and make me so light headed it feels like a haven't taken a breath for 5 mins but i want to put a plant that grows in the ground in a pipe and put fire to it... yes gov thats what it is they dont (Make) it it grows naturally and they threaten me

  • we all know the recent facts, herb is more healthy than harmful. the thing that makes me angry about the prohibition, is it is completely against our life rights. marijuana is my pursuit of happiness. seems like the government wipes their ass with the constitution these days.

  • i say between the drug war and food inustries being run by officals who don't want change and us the american people are really getting screwed and we the american people are letting this happen i hope one day people will actually realize we are funding us getting screwed.

  • A lot of the people on this site who are marijuana prohibitionists seem to be REALLY devoted to it. They probably spent hundreds of hours trying to convince people of their worthless argument. And they say weed smokers have no life. Yea, right.

  • I'm flagging this for misleading text

  • lol, well duh! he's not gonna say "Yah, let's make it all legal" he is the 'DRUG' czar, if there's no illegal drugs, his salary will go down! and it could even destroy that position & finish a huge percentage of the DEA. we live in a Bureaucracy!

  • @luciferiexcelsil

he works for the cartels, thats why. you know they dontate money to the drug control shit and they take it. they know where its coming from too. the cia summugles drug for the cartels too. go look it up, this shit has been on the news at one time or the other

  • czars are for Russia

  • "Cannabinoids induce apoptosis (cell death) of glioma cells in culture and regression of malignant gliomas in vivo. Breast and prostate Cancer cells are also sensitive to Cannabinoid-induced antiproliferation. Regarding the immune system, low doses of Cannabinoids may enhance cell proliferation, whereas high doses of Cannabinoids (Rick Simpson's Cancer Cure Hemp Oil) usually induce growth arrest or apoptosis."

    PMID: 11269508

  • The Czar and Obama should both look into expanding their vocabularies, then.

  • i think if people where able to get hold of any drug easily they would do it more and be more tempted.. bad move

  • If God said it was good, how come the law says it's bad? Is the law good and God evil, or is the law evil and God good. Just read Genesis and you'll know that God said the herb is good. Now some call it weed, but weed is useless and noxious unlike marijuana which is useful and sweet.

  • Sweet indeed my friend.

    Hoo! HOO!

  • Marijuana prohibition works great, that's why marijuana is now the #1 cash crop in American even though it's been illegal for over 70 years.

  • I know. Hezbollah is now in on the Marijuana business too. The United States is basically, passively funding Terrorism and Foreign Interests. Good Job Politicians.

Meanwhile in the states, the Vets that continue to fight for their country still have problems getting Medical Marijuana to treat pain and PTSD. One guy is facing prison and his legs were blown off from a landmine.

I have several deceased family members that fought for our freedom. This sickens me.

  • Take out kids under 16 and elders that drive too slow to be tested. Poll the group and I bet 1 out of every 3 polled smoked marijuana with in the last month. So naturally, 1 in 3 are reckless.

What is this supposed to prove? Its propaganda.

1 out of 4 people like chicken. 1 out of 4 Murders like chicken - Duh. Its in line with that stats.

  • This is a lie. Cannabis, unlike cigarettes does not contain any radioactive material. There has been zero evidence that it causes cancer.

  • In a 6-3 split decision. Justice Paul Stevens said that congress has a moral responsibility to change the nation's laws regarding medical cannabis use for medical patients. In writing the decision, Justice Stevens did not find that the federal government did not exceed its authority under law when federal government officers raided medical marijuana patients with California state recommendations

  • This means nothing. Opinion is not evidence. Besides, crooked judges, attorney etc get caught all the time for accepting bribes. You don't think the DEA and FEDs are going to lean on someone to change their opinion?

  • The city of Long Beach, California is looking into prosecuting dispensaries and other businesses that provide medical marijuana, City prosecutor Tom Reeves issued an editorial that essentially amounts to kicking in the door with guns blazing. Reeves directly relates dispensaries to "a drug dealer standing on the corner" and disputes the notion of the businesses as caregivers.

  • Yeah., They go after them, seize their assets and sell it for profit. Put them in prison and tell the public that their prisons are overcrowding and that they need to build a new state of the art 1.3 billion dollar prison. Its lucrative and justifies tax raises.

  • You are being had.

Why oh why do you trust the government so much?

They lied to get us to go to war. Just like

Vietnam with the Tonkin Gulf incedent.

They put our soldiers out in the desert to watch an atomic bomb going off knowing that they would be affected.

They knew about the dangers of Agent Orange.

Do you like monkeys? They are cute right?

Dr. Heath 1977 - To determine LD50 (lethal dose 50% of tested animals)

  • Heath pumped something like 500 joints worth of marijuana through a gas mask and into the lungs of his Rhesus monkeys. He did it in like 5 minutes. The monkeys had brain damage from suffocation/ lack of oxegan. Not marijuana. - Thats f'ing disgusting and we (taxpayers) paid to torture the animals.

New studies are finding that Marijuana promotes Neurogenesis.

The U.S. dragged their feet for years when asked by scientists to see Dr. Heaths procedure.

  • Cool. Does he think of R.J. Reynolds as the biggest drug dealer in the world? What does he think of coffee shops, Liqour stores and Pharmacies?

    Opinions are not facts.

  • Steve Cooley, District Attorney for Los Angeles County said Thursday, all medical marijuana over-the-counter sales dispensaries will be prosecuted, targeting a practice which the initiative approved by California voters over a decade ago. Saying the vast majority of dispensaries in Los Angeles County, about a 100% of which are operating and dealing marijuana illegally in the city, need to be dealt with.

  • In addition to prosecuting dispensaries, District Attorney Steve Cooley says he will also consider going after doctors prescribing medical marijuana for healthy people.

  • Why would the DA go after doctors? DA's study law not health. Shouldn't they let prescribing medicine up to someone with medical knowledge. Or maybe they want to profit off crime like they've been doing their whole life?

    Conflict of interest. Void argument.

  • In August, Cooley and Sheriff Lee Baca informed all county mayors and police chiefs via letter that they considered such over-the-counter sales as ILLEGAL, including encouraging cities to permanently ban the dispensaries.

  • First, let me try to explain how California can have medical marijuana when the feds outlaw marijuana (Federal Controlled Substances Act; 21 United States Code 811). The California Compassionate Use Act (CUA) did NOT legalize marijuana. It is STILL a FELONY to grow it or sell it. However, as a sovereign state, California can choose how it will enforce or apply its criminal laws. Under the CUA, patients and caregivers were given immunity for certain marijuana offenses.

  • wrong title. morel like drug czar OWNS LEAP. keep marijuana illegal. its a mind altering drug and an intoxicant, and the smoke causes cancer.

  • i hope you're either retarded or joking

marijuana smoke does not cause cancer, go find me one case of it (not a report, a human with cancer from smoking marijuana)

  • Yeah there are studies from the American Cancer Research that suggest it actually shrinks and starves cancer tumors. There are a wealth of studies overseas and from independent scientists also. We are probably sitting on the cure for cancer. Too bad our country is run by mostly retards.

  • The CIC determined that marijuana smoke was clearly shown, through scientifically valid testing according to generally accepted principles, to cause cancer. Consequently, marijuana smoke is being added to the Proposition 65 list, pursuant to Title 27, California Code of Regulations, section 25305(a)(1) (formerly Title 22, California Code of Regulations, section 12305(a)(1)).

Marijuana smoke is being listed under Proposition 65 as known to the State to cause cancer

  • Do you have statistics to back up your claim. Independent statistics that are not from the government?

Government statistics don't mean anything. BTW - church is a mind altering activity. - look it up. Its been studied with CAT scans. Is that okay?

  • Cannabis may increase the risk of psychotic disorders, according to a 2002 study in the American Journal of Epidemiology. And the national drug abuse agency warns that ' heavy or daily use of marijuana affects the parts of the brain that control memory, attention, and learning.'

  • Yeah and it may treat cancer.

May is the key word. - may means they don't know. Means it needs to be studied more. Which makes it kind of hard with the regulations the DEA enforces.

  • @shadowpirate100 It does cure cancer and it does help prevent cancer from starting. It has been proven and this is the reason among a few others that Cannabis has been illegal for so long; It actually works. Big Pharmaceuticals don't want you to know about something that actually works and doesn't make you sick. Anyone who believes that Chemo is the best thing has not been through it. women bald from chemo is just demoralizing for women. And yet after billions of dollars it's whats used.

  • I am all for legalization and study of it. I was commenting to jennifer's "marijuana may cause cancer" thats the main reason i used may. I don't think they have any 100% studies that it kills cancer completely, but it is very promising. Keep spreading the good info though.

  • In a brand new book Anatomy of Evil, released July 2009, Michael Stone, M.D., professor of clinical psychiatry at the Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons, talked about marijuana use: "In my experience it was common to see Men and Women who had begun heavy marijuana use around age 12 or 13, sometimes as the only drug used, went on to develop psychosis mimicking schizophrenia

  • Cannabis use has been assessed by several studies to be correlated with the development of anxiety, psychosis, and depression. Indeed, a 2007 meta-analysis estimated that cannabis use is statistically associated, in a dose-dependent manner, to an increased risk in the development of psychotic disorders, including schizophrenia.

  • The smoking of cannabis is the most harmful method of consumption, as the inhalation of smoke from organic materials can cause various health problems. Users of the drug reported respiratory symptoms.

And a study in New Zealand of 79 lung-cancer patients suggested daily cannabis smokers have a 5.7 times higher risk of lung cancer than non-users

  • Cannabis has psychoactive and physiological effects when consumed. Aside from a subjective change in perception, the most common short-term physical and neurological effects include increased heart rate, impairment of short-term episodic memory, working memory, psychomotor coordination, and concentration.

  • @jenn1ifer Get a life kiddo

  • Researchers say marijuana is associated with an increase in the heart's demand for oxygen, while at the same time decreasing the supply of oxygen. Thus, some marijuana-associated heart attacks may be caused by an oxygen supply to the heart that is inadequate to cope with the increased oxygen demands that occur as a result of smoking the drug

  • Studies conducted more than 30 years ago showed that marijuana use could provoke angina, or chest pain. Smoking marijuana has been shown to increase heart rate and alter blood pressure. It may also trigger a heart attack by causing a plaque inside a coronary artery to rupture and form a clot, which can block the flow of blood to the heart muscle

  • In a study of individuals who have had heart attacks; the risk of heart attacks was 4.8 times higher in the first hour after smoking marijuana compared to periods of nonuse, reports Murray A. • This is true from what I gather. At least that marijuana increases heart rate. One doctor added that it is inline with someone exercising. Caffeine also increases heart rate as does tobacco and many other drugs.

Not sure what you are getting at.

  • Since patients behave in ways similar to the genuine 'hereditary' schizophrenics, there is a good reason to suspect that the drug marijuana has, over time, actually altered the genome, creating brain changes that are permanent-as though they came via inheritance. Such changes are called epigenetic, and concern chemical 'switches' that can turn certain genes on or off, thereby altering their expressions.

  • A study of 15 heavy pot smokers published in June 2008 in the Archives of General Psycharity showed loss of tissue in two areas of the brain, the hippocampus and amygdala, regions that are rich in receptors for marijuana and that are important for memory and emotions.

  • The studies are very mixed. Other studies say minimal differences were seen between regular marijuana users and non users. Much that comes from our government does not match up with current studies. They forced data to be able to justify Law enforcement targeting hippies that protested Vietnam. Later Regean did similar tactics to justifiy incarcerating a large percentage of the public to offset a decline in manufacturing jobs in the 70's/ 80's. We have the highest incarceration rate.

  • I hope your not pro-life. Cause you would be a hypocrite if you were.

"The United States' incarceration rate is, according to official reports, the highest in the world, at 737 persons imprisoned per 100,000"

Europe and Canada are around 110 persons per 100,000.

Thats human life that will be ruined or damaged. Many times over political differences like Marijuana use. And we pay a ton for it. I've read it cost each taxpayer about 120$ a year.

It should cost only 20$ if we didn't have 7x.

  • Food alters the mind. The brain releases lots of dopamine after eating chocolate or high fat foods.

Do you think we should outlaw food, caffeine, cigarettes and alcohol? Maybe prohibit mother earth from producing Marijuana, Peyote, Psychedelic Mushrooms, Coca, etc?

The smoke hasn't been proven to cause cancer and it isn't radioactive like cigarettes are. You don't need to smoke it either.

  • it would b so great if this guy ate a nice brownie one day & was surprised by how great he felt &, he might smile more & work on his face sagging problem

  • obama's stance on marijuana before and after the election = the worst since bush sr and his 'no new taxes' slogan

  • Dude didn't even mention free speech. Wtf is wrong with this country?

  • douchebag

  • Wow, how are the pharmacuticals paying that guy? Don't you just love open minded people?

  • If its not in your vocabulary, you most likely failed english. I'm not sure what this "Czar"'s lack of knowledge for the english language has to do with marijuana legalization, but I doubt idiots like him or Obama should have anything to do with the government.

  • the only way to keep it illegal is to ban the internet...

because youtube really tells it like it is

  • MJ does NOT cause cancer and has been shown over and over again to actually decrease the likelihood of getting cancer in users.

    Stop the LIES!!

  • the director dude is an arse and all people like him...they have no good rational other than they don't liek drugs and dont want anyone takign them ..but everyone does so they lock em up..these people need to go....dinosaurs are extinct so shoudl these type of prohibition activists... controling what we can do with our bodies.......people .END PROHIBITION NOW!!!!! it's NONSENSE

  • cigarettes cause cancer, too. They're legal. Minors posses them. This guy should have this in his vocabulary....it's we the people, prick. You are an elected official. Not self appointed.
