Fabulous tune, fabulous lyrics and a fabulous voice.Best tribute ever was also in 1967. By the Common Market with full orchestral backing. Actually it was the Liverpool Five incognito and really worth a listen. It's recently turned up on You Tube. RIP Tim.
You'd never believe your ears if you saw the actual room at Izzy's. Tim's earliest recordings were really good vinyl. He recorded at Apostolic also which was the best studio of it's time--the first audio 12 track in the world. That may seem funny now when you have 64 tracks in your wallet, but check out Zappa's Hot Rats album.
Awesome performance!! The sound isn't bad for a live recording in 1967. Tim Buckley is at the top of my list of musicians I would have wanted to see perform in the 60's.
thanks for posting. this is awesome! i love tim and his music and live it's even more beautifull. is this from a bootleg? in other words, is it possible to get this whole set on a cd or is there no chance. regards

One of his best songs, I think. Perfect for his brilliant soaring voice.
He was a friend.
He left us too soon.
