  • Man i like teaching ability.Great lesson! And by they way what program you used to get these tabs on display? Once again thanx!

  • @MARCKEL7 thanks! these days i use guitarpro 6 to make the sheetmusic and make little screenshots of the chords or tabs which i then import into final cut pro. unfortunately you can't export the image out of gp6 so that every image would be exactly the same size but it works fine like this..

  • thanks mate help alot, cheerss

  • Hi Andre, great lesson thanks a lot for the lesson. Just a small comment after your lesson i tried to play along with a live performance of T.Chapman. I have the impression that the strumming pattern you proposed is sligthly off what T.C is playing. Two down strums on the G is followed by a down strum on the Cadd9 (which also makes it easier not to hit the high E as you are proposing.....(perhaps i am wrong and on the record is like you are saying ....)

  • @Irakleitos2 hey, it could be that you are right, haven't heard the original in a while. wouldn't surprise me if she plays it slightly different each performance but good that you can hear what is different in that performance you talk about, after all, in music it's all about listening so keep it up! thanks for the feedback! André

  • whaouhhhh !!great lesson thanx !!! eager to start !!!!!

  • Thank you , very good teacher. I have a cat too, it has 15 years old, and it likes guitar. When I play, it is always near to me.

  • @lyberube lol,... mine also is there when i'm studying, funny enough i can see that when I play loud he is annoyed by it but I guess the company more than makes up for it...

May be you could make us a video about How To Play Unsung Psalm by Tracy Chapman.

A beatiful song that none on Youtube tried out.

    That will be kind.

    Thank you
