So Cal Hospitals are now being paid 38 cents on the dollar for MediCare, MediCaid and other public services since this Health Care Law as passed. Hospitals are making cuts across the board in order to try to stay in business. While the number of patients have increased, staff and Administrative Costs are being slashed right and left. Wait times have increased drastically while services and programs are being cut. U can't force hospitals to stay in business or hire med staff - now what Obama?

Look at how eye docs and plastic surgeons are forced to compete - b/c insurance is not involved... prices, adjusted for inflation, go DOWN over time. People are waking up finally, though.
