This is one heavy-duty episode which I recall that for me was so difficult to watch with the "new priest" who is one dirty dagger I can tell you without giving away anything vital, lol. I always knew that guy could however do without a few of his own 'vitals' for the good of all who have the misfortune of getting to close to his dark VIBES. "An 'evil' PRIEST? you ask?" Naah...lol

Why is Cadfael being so cold to that poor girl. I bet if she were prettier he would have jumped up and cried "oh come in my child..."... what a jerk....

Ugh the only reasonthat Priest was there was because of his money and connections no doubt, that man is horrible. Brother Cadfael should be a priest instead!

But has anyone ever noticed that most of the higher up priests are arrogant and seem to have no compassion. No wonder Jerome and that other older Monk or Priest are allowed to remain monks or priests.

I wouldn't confess to that Priest if he were the last one on earth. To me he reminds me of someone who is possessed by satan and has conned his way into the Abby.

Priests should be more like Cadfael not those who are Priest.

@Nikita4ever9000 Nope. Father Jerome is absolutely nothing like Satan. Satan is charming and pleasant, and the first to try to comfort people, the last to tell someone to follow the rule at all costs. You obviously know very little about true evil. Satan would be the first to tell you not to worry about what you did and not to feel guilty.
