Ron Paul's foreign policy is SOUND! In 2009 the combined budgets for Baltimore ($1.7 billion) and Detroit ($3.1 billion) was ~$4.8 billion. Both cities are notorious for high murder/violent crime rates and low educational standards. Both cities have ever spreading regions of abandoned row homes. Both cities need improvements in infrastructure, education, and overall confidence in America.
The format was outstanding.Too bad you could not get all the candidates together to do maybe10 to 12 minutes each on a particular topic, or perhaps two topics.

What makes the Ryan plan good is not that is takes almost 3 decades to balance the budget, but that it is a step in the right direction, it is a blue print that can be tweaked and changed to speed up the balancing the budget.
Not only that, but if you couple some of the suggestions made (getting rid of the Medicaid Administrative Agency, I forgot the name that Newt used), curtailing obvious fraud, rewarding sensible use of medicaid dollars, etc. it would take far less than 3 decades in my humble opinion.
This proves that the Tea Party was usurped by the GOP because they are putting the 2 "Floundering" candidates in their own debate. These are obviously "The Chosen Ones", chosen by the insiders in Washington to represent the Republican Party. Why should they get extra time? I don't disagree with what they say as much as I disagree that what needs to be done is work AROUND a broken political system that isn't working.

What Newt did was class less but not illegal, he lost his position as house speaker and he was political outcast until recently.

The only two I have any problems with is Mitt Romney because he's the most Liberal and Ron Paul, I already stated why. I think both have a good chance of losing to Obama. Why don't you like Ron Paul? Sorry every time I hear somebody say that, I have to ask my self "Did I miss something?" Ron seems like a American dream. The last Pres to even attempt to do what Ron wants to do was JFK and he got killed 6 weeks later for it.

@Hotchilipepprz4 Iran is not a threat to our national security, even if they develop a nuke. They can not even make enough gasoline for themselves to last three months in a war. Remember how we went into Iraq thinking they had weapons of mass destruction and they turned out not to? We ended up wasting 4 trillion dollars because of that disastor. If Iran does become a threat, then Ron Paul would go to congress to declare war, then we will fight Iran, win, and have it over with.
