Arnaud, I heard the tempo variations as well, but I interpreted them as you trying to copy Bill's artisitic hesitations. As the piece works its way into your permanent memory, you will find and develop your own creative pauses. Your technical work is impressive, so now comes the "fun" part - adding your soul.

You sound touchingly unsure sometimes in this video :)

But really, though there are some (very slight ones) imperfectios in your manner, which is understandable for a beginner, you`ve definitely got the feeling. You know, though I`m not a musician myself, but i`m convinced that besides technique, it takes something else to make a good musician. Something in the fingertips, you know... Which makes the keys sound animated. And you`ve got it.

this is simply beautiful! - my mother, being Irish, sang this to me when I was a baby, she would have loved to hear you play it in this arrangement with so much expression. Straight to my favorites.
