I will answer fairly, by Stalin's mode it has been killed much less, than perishes in Russia now! In GULAG there were wrongly planted people, but 96 % there were criminal people. And only work they returned themselves pure name! And weight of work was not only in Gulag. In 1990, all crowd has run to America and England.
