use the same balls you already use (if they are bigger) because your technique develops more when you use bigger balls. 8 balls is the same but when you get to nine and above you should use smaller ones

Nice tutorial. I watched it and then tried 7 balls and I did 100 catches on my first attempt! You're the only other person I've seen who does the 2 small throws thing before the launch.

4 ball snake helps a lot 7070707 and 7272712 is a forced shower, and five ball shower helps, but flash is the best exercise, and for 6 balls a LOT of 3 balls in one hand!

I think you should be able to do 100+ of 7 before making a tutorial; then you will know more about it, and you will be able to actually demonstrate the pattern.
