You only kill alizabal, because the other two drop ilv 350, and 370 gear wheras she drops (390?) so people prefer to just get the good gear and go.

Are you using the same gear for holy as for disc or is it two different one? If so, is it possible to know about ca. how much haste is recommendable for this encounter?
