Pete, You may have already tried this but try a couple tablespoons of Heinz Apple Cider vinegar . The problem is , believe it or not , not enough acid in the stomach to digest large meals. Take it usually 20 to 30 min before meals. Works for me . Food kinda hangs around undigested souring in the stomach for long periods of time. Causing rude dude burps and over flow into hiatal hernia. Just doing my part to civilize the channel. Take Care.
