Rockford, IL Police Department raids the local needle exchange twice. Read about it. Violating HIPPA rights and putting thousands of lives at risk. Not only that, it puts our entire community at risk. The second largest population that uses the exchange is 18 to 25 year olds who live in the wealthy area of town. Yes Rockford it is your children!

its a fact that needle exchange is the only way to reduce the spread of disease (hiv, hep c, hep b) in the community. The line that says "...there's people using sleeping with you daughters with you sons with your husbands" its fuckin true. no one is immune.

And to the people who think that dope fiends deserve either one of those fates don't consider that these very same "scumbags" could be fucking one of their daughters, sons, etc. and unknowingly be spreading it to them.

most pharmacy techs dont even know about that law, u can just go in to most pharmacies and ask for your syringes u usually only get turned down if the head pharmacist is their, but then just go back later when a dumb tech is working
