  • can i use regular water instead of zagg spray will it leave water marks?

  • Great!!! thanks ;)

  • This is awesome I love it

  • Whats the wallpaper called that you are using and how did you manage to use a live wallpaper on thr locksreen thnaks

  • Fuck that invisible shit.. I fucked up mine.. im gonna sue the bastards.. got marks all over the place, and it was fucking impossible to "drag it" to fit..

  • music that plays at 3:33 please

  • im going to do this on my S plus when i get it, how long time did it take for you to do the front?

And also thanks for the video!

  • Nice video i made a video about screens and and i need tips can u watch it and subscribe. Im also confused why if i type in invisible shield i cant find it through search plz help me anyone who is watching this:) it was my first video

  • well done.

  • this phone is a review model?

  • i use an otterbox defender case which protects the whole phone including the screen. i use it for the iphone 4. i dont know if they make one for this phone. it makes te phone very bulky but totally worth it.

  • Is it possible to use invisible shield on Samsung Galaxy S2? Because, from what i know S2 does not have a smooth surface on the back.

  • My Samsung Galaxy S2 is now crap. That Zagg shit made it slower..

  • @ChriZ2for how did tyhat happen?..

  • Dave what do you do after you review all ur phones etc give them back?, sell them?

  • @xToXiicxT3RRoRx All the mobile phones get sent back.

  • MAN you're good!!! Mine didn't turn out like that hahaha

  • you're supposed to turn off your device dude lol!

  • i'm gonna have to release some replies to this video as shields can be fitted in under a minute at top quality! I'm suprised at the poor qualit vid from the geekanoids get there finger prints everywhere!

  • oh and on the back the corners are a bitch! just keep pushing em down.

  • also turn the device fully off, (or even remove the battery) as we dont want any short circuiting!

  • I work at carphone warehouse and we went on a course to fit these. The best way is to spray your hands an the device before applying the shield leaving it moist aswell as spraying the sticky side of the shield this gives more time to manouvre the shield into the correct position! also after you have positioned the shield you should spray the non-sticky side of the shield to create less friction as the squeedgy u get with the pack will move the shield if you are to rough!

  • i failed when doin this. i need someone to do it for me lol

  • I'm pretty sure that samsung probably does this same process on their phones.

The biggest function of cases is they provide impact resistance, which this case cannot.

  • 3:02

    Is that an enema?

  • Comment removed

  • looks hard :(

  • Nice blower

  • I don't like the idea of getting all that water in the speakers

  • ive got a question for ya, right now i have invisible shield on the screen on my ipod touch along with a very nice protective case on it, but im kinda thinking now that i want the whole naked look of my ipod more and more as i continue to use it, for i always take it out of the case when im playing games on it in my room or on the couch. should i keep my case or go buy full body protection for invisible shield?

  • Why did you have to fast forward the important part!

  • mm..nice..=D...thanks..=)

  • why dont you talk through all the installation rather than this crappy music and speedied up footage!!!! Waste of time....

  • Respekt

  • @vlatko973 thanks.

  • Can u installate mine :D i will give you 5$ :D its so much stress 4 me

  • This is one of the most retarded items I ever bought for a phone.. Damn it sucks

  • how do u prevent any dust

  • @sk8er99998 One idea someone said is to do it in a bathroom and maybe spray a thin mist of water first, this'll lessen dust.

  • can i remove the front and redo it?

  • @iTzJaCkEeEe You should be able to, but I have found this very hard to get a smooth second fit.

  • I've just bought one of these, and the idea of wetting it before applying is making me SO NERVOUS. It can't harm the phone, right!?

  • @TeaPotForOne You spray the film, not the device. When squeezing it out, have a cloth to mop it up.

  • can you remove the back? is the the easy install or the Full Body Maximum Coverage?

  • can you remove the back?

  • @Trian1993 Yes.

  • @davomrmac the one which plays when you start installing the shield.

  • @srivasvivaz Hip Hop Power it is an Apple soundtrack.

  • @davomrmac where did you get it?

  • Whats the soundtrack called?

  • @srivasvivaz Which one?

  • what's the name of the song?

  • @Narcwis Hip Hop Power.

  • @davomrmac can't find it... do you have a link?

  • Verry good job...Thanks

  • is there a cut out for the front camera

  • @JaBunGa23 Yes

  • I stubled upon this video looking to see what people were posting about the phone i recently purchesed. I use a case so do i still have to put a shield on the back and will the invisible shield still work with my case. Also how often should i change the shield?

  • @deadlyfaire I always change mine at least once a year.

  • +points= Very strong.

-points= Difficult to fit, 2mm gaps on both sides on front, astronomical price compared to other screen protectors.

  • @FCPORTO1FAN I think they'd have tested that before selling thousands of these shields.

  • I Can see that you use a spray for cleaning the device, do I need that to install it or are there any other solutions?

  • @nevses Just a damp cloth for cleaning is fine.

  • does this make the screen feel any different and does it leave any residue when u take it off?

  • @JaBunGa23 None on the ones I have removed.

  • Sounds like a Ronald Jenkees beat.

  • did you say front face camera ? i have a vibrant also but it doesnt have one its it possible to install it ?????

  • @ECHAVEZ87 Yes the Vibrant does have a FFC hack that you can add. There is even a vid on youtube showing someone doing it. You can get 1 for 50$ or 3 for 120$ I was going to get one but I have a Fascinate that has the phone jack in the way. I almost bought a craigslist Vibrant so I could get it. Good luck!

  • is it true that you shouldnt use the phone for 24 hrs after the installation?

  • @ponejose not heard that.

  • hey, I have a question: after you apply the ishield on the back you can still remove the back cover of the phone without damaging the ishield?

  • @cornelito88 Yes.

  • Is this shield "Full Body Maximum Coverage" or "Full Body Easy Install"?

  • @ericharris32 Help with positioning, smooth application.

  • Can you elaborate a little bit, at some point of the video after installing the back side, you say something like "i had to tape around these corners", what exactly did you mean by that?

Also pretty nice video, i got the Galaxy S and Invisible shield already ordered but they didn't arrive yet, so this is pretty helpful, thanks for taking the time to make it.

  • @andu2oo6 Not sure what I meant by that. The corners were just difficult to apply and get to stick down, but it worked.

  • Great Job Thank You.

  • @freekingbee Thanks for watching.

  • what does that even do

  • This looks awesome, and quite interesting to instal.

I have one worry, this might be a little stupid but I am woried about water afeting the camera, would it cause any damage or is it safe to install it.

  • @witex9494 Just dab away the moisture as you install, it'll be fine.

  • i got galaxy s too and i love it

  • @djfrezzlybeat Cool.

  • I wouldn't recommend this screen protector for anyone...... it looks shit on the phone and ruins the brilliant screen...... I want my money back!

  • @Blayros Sad to hear that. What's up with it?

  • @davomrmac well first of all the protector isn't wide enough for the phone so theres 2 millimeters in both sides not covered all the way up..... and the look of it is buubly or wavy (whatever you want to call it) it should've been a flat smooth screen protector instead..... the screen even after really taking time to put it on right makes weird prism dots on the screen..... the quality of the Galaxy Screen isn't to be messed with and you loose a lot of resolution with this product it seems

  • @Blayros Doesn't sound like mine. Try contacting Zagg I am sure they'll listen.

  • @davomrmac ripped it off cause it looked so horrid..... what they gonna do? send me another bulgy screen protector? :S

  • @Blayros They might offer a refund. They have superb customer service.

  • @davomrmac can't be arsed with yet another company that probably don't even have their roots in the country where I live..... I'm just pissed off that this looked so terrible when I just wanted to protect my screen and not make it look worse....

  • I bought this and it was totally garbage. I don't recommend it to anyone.

  • is this the full body or the maximum coverage?? thank you

  • @i9intl Full body.

  • @Dat6PointNiggah Thanks.

  • I heard that it makes it harder to use the touchscreen afterwards. Is this true?

  • @punkmonkey123 A little.

  • Hi again, you have something that unlocks your phone at 4:52 what is that called? Is it downloadable?

    Kindest regards

    Marius

  • @SLO7HMusic This is a setting on the phone security section.

  • @davomrmac Hi again, tanks, I found it out after navigating around a few times.

    Kindest regards

    Marius.

  • I'd just like to point out the Galaxy S was protected from scratches before you put any extra protection onto it. It's a strong plastic body, and Gorilla glass front, so it's pretty hard to damage, apart from the little plasticy button at the bottom, which isn't covered by anything. It's be more essential on the HTC phones that only have normal glass.

  • Hello there. I just want to tell you that this was a really great job, this is the best installation i've seen so far! I just ordered my Samsung Galaxy S today, including the Zagg Invisible Shield, so it was great to see how you did it.

    Thanks for a great tutorial.

    Kindest regards

    Marius

  • @SLO7HMusic Thanks for watching and for your comment.

  • does it give you a hard time to use swype? since its grippy so i assume its hard to move your finger around

  • @wackquaes A little, but not too bad.

  • whats the difference between this and any other screen protector?

  • @Mareaszy Stronger.

  • @moonstarproductions I am not Neil :) ha ha.

  • im getting one for my Epic 4g on christmas BTW this well be my first Android Phone YEA

  • When you hack the backshield, do it be more grippy then?

Is the phone more grippy in your hand and pockets with that backshield on?

  • @TheN0o0o0B Yes, more grippy.

  • @davomrmac

Is it much more grippy or just a little bit?

Is it like a SIlicone Case?

  • @TheN0o0o0B Just a bit more grippy. Nothing like a case.

  • @davomrmac

Is it hard to put into/out your pocket

  • @TheN0o0o0B No, it is fine.

  • Is the shield make any big differense ? i mean do u need to press on a apps 2 times instead for 1 cause it did not start at the first tap u did ? is it hard to install ?

  • @TheLillfoppa No difference to screen sensitivity.

  • Can you take this off after 1 week of it being on the phone, and then put it back on, and it will work just as good?

  • @MrQwaaKzHD I think so. Gets lifetime guarantee. And you use the spray as glue, so you can do it as many times?

  • It the sheild the type that easily gets fingerprints on it?

  • @AeiiDa Not really, seems quite fingerprint free.

  • 1 hour job

  • Is it worth it? And does it effect any touch movements

  • @TheProdigyGamer Doesn't effect touch sensitivity, just smoothness is slightly less.

  • can you take the back off your phone when this is done??? and have you got any tips???

  • @JustUsGamers Yes you can. Tips for applying, use more spray than I did.

  • @davomrmac How come? Will it stick better, or simply to make it easier to slide around?

  • @THESILVEREAGLE89 for easier positioning.

  • Does the invisible shield effect the screen quality? Will the screen performance still be crisp and clear?

  • @hmnj1234 Screen is still crisp and clear, though not quite as smooth.

  • how does the screen feel after applying the screen protector?

does it feel like thick and rubbery or is it still fairly smooth?

  • @metrkhope Fairly smooth, but it does loose some of the smooth swiping of the original screen.

  • cant wait to get this!!!

  • by fluid I mean responsive

    I had forgot the word

  • Does anyone know if it has any influence with the touchscreen? Does it still "fluid" when you use it?

  • @Imortal122 Still fine and responsive to the touch, not quite as smooth though.

  • great vid! is it possible to take off the back cover when replacing battery or sd card without messing up the shield?

  • @ismemehdi Yes it is fine to do this.

  • wtf did he just say my vibrant has a front facing camera?....

  • @TokyoGrafiten It doesn't, I think it's AT&T's model that does.

  • Super Great Video ! Thanx for this ...now i order a Zagg for my SGS i9000 ;-)

  • @Darkpower1972 Glad it helped. Thanks for watching.

  • @davomrmac Thanx back for Video ;-)

  • how to remove this if i dont like it?

    thnaks a lot...

  • @hasib3009 Just peel it off.

  • i have some small scratches on the screen, which i see them only on the sun!invisible shield will help me to make them invisible?

  • this is the easy one not the maxiimum?

  • @treebush Can't be the easy one

because easy is only front. Medium i think is only front and back. Maximum is Front, back and sides. I've just ordered the maximum :)

And i'd go with the full body protection (maximum) because its the same price with the medium. So you might as well. i had bad scratched problems with my Samsung Omnia SGH-I900. Sides wore off

  • @D5hufflerR Great comment, thanks.

  • i have done it but there are a few little air pockets

    What shall I do ??

    Thanks

  • @jim0700 Either let them dissipate over 24 hours, or remove and reapply with plenty of the spray.

  • @davomrmac I have ran out of spray Is it possible to buy more from somewhere?

  • @jim0700 You could try Zagg direct.

  • i installed the invisible shield on my galaxy and it has millions of bubbles on it, how shall i get them of and as i did put my shield on really badly it does look quite bad but once the bubbles have gone it should look ok. how will i get a replacement. i live in the uk and orderd mine from ebay. i try to register on zagg but it only has america to chose from where you live

  • @PS3966 I would email their general support.

  • How do you open the back of the phone?

  • @jim0700 There is a little slot on the back at the top or bottom (cannot remember which), stick your fingernail in and pull gently.

  • @davomrmac but does the invisible shield affect opening it?

  • @jim0700 Nope, not at all.

  • whats the app called for your lock?

  • @treebush it's the default pattern lock from samsung, comes with the phone!

  • SOLD for me! Is super cool

  • Is it the easy install or maximum coverage ?

  • @multichibz Max coverage I think.

  • @davomrmac no it was easy maximum doesnt have that gap in the corner

  • @Aussiedog95 I stand corrected, cheers for adding this.

  • what you did to corners and whit what? Can you send picture from it?

  • @babattaja It was a squeegee that came in the pack.

  • Seriously...I bought the full body for my brand new Samsung Galaxy S and the result was an absolute shit, to be honest.

I've followed the steps exactly as described (which are very similar to other invisible shield how-to's out there).

Think twice before buying one of these.

  • How long did it take?

How Hard is it to install?

    Thanks

  • @jim0700 About 20 minutes, quite easy really.

  • @davomrmac Thanks will be ordering one tonight! :)

  • Do you own this phone aswell?
