You can get the 666+ enemy bullet medal from the phase that starts at 03:25. I remember when i accidently got it heh. But yeah, good luck with that mate, and i hope you see this, unless you have the medal already.

for the last badge, to get it is when you lose on the true final boss on the final attack. i have the badge. :D also big fan!

Have you played Touhou? This game is on normal Difficuulty compared to Touhou. There's Easy, Medium, Hard, Lunatic and Extra (and Last Words in IM)

@cjtaba1 I'm well aware; this is one of the easier bullet hell games, it's supposed to be though. Matt's audience isn't the hardcore bullet hell fan, so this game is easy enough (to start with) that any typical gamer could get into it.

I used to use Matt, but then I realized that 2 fully charged sub-attacks from Nolegs is almost as powerful as a bomb, which is pretty useful.

This is pretty easy compared to Touhou. Still, pretty fun to play. Got everything (medals, S levels, etc.) without even fully upgrading base damage or move speed on 3 hearts ^_^

hearts doesn't matter for S rank. If you get hit 3 times, you automatically go to A anyways

@thegreatMSG Stop cheating. For every cheat you use, your score is lowered more and more. If you use all four cheats, you're pretty much guaranteed an F.

I reckon the 3rd to last attack pattern is your safest bet on this boss for that 666+ bullet medal . It covers the screen with roughly 850 bullets when it touches the bottom of the screen. It's pointed out on my video.

Bullet hell medal: 2nd wave where dark bullets and light bullets mix, not including the first wave. At least, that's where I got it

Dying at 3:35 & 3:45 should get you the medal.

3:45 to die, but you have to be in the middle or it only will be around 640 bullets on screen!

3:45 is where you die.

The boss where is the Bullet Hell, is the oblivion level. It's at the point, at the second to last evolution(attack) it does, or something around there, you have to run out of lives there. There are an estimate of about 900.
