Originally, geneticists called this the Bantu expansion till they noted the same genetics found in Europe in these populations which all point to a North-Central African origin. Originally, geneticists called this the Bantu expansion till they noted the same genetics found in Europe in these populations which all point to a North-Central African origin. Research has been done on the Djerma and Toubou...all Nilo Saharan speakers but like French and Spanish, neither understands the other. Hausa is Chadic for Chad origin

You should join a tribal association and they will ask you what region your from and the elders will tell you your history. I dont have that problem because my Histories well recorded and passed from elder to son.

The World Anthropologist studied any living or extincted languages ,and classified them in order through their Genetic & Vocabulary .

I don't know what would be considered short, but I'm 5'10 (1.78m) and my Dad (Who's Nigerian) is 6'3" to 6'4" (1.9m). @mars3400 actually, the igbos and yorubas are not Bantu's. Yes they share common language, culture, etc with them, we also share common language, culture, etc with tribes from north africa. The reason most of us THINK we came from JEWS is because of some of the cultural and linguistic similarities between our culture and theirs. And fyi, our language, along with the dogons, and fulani come under the the Niger Congo language.

yes it is. Its a system of Islamic rule. The entities before where more animist related. With monarchs at the top. In the Kwararafa region the system was elected monarchial officials / animist, spiritualist leaders from the Jukun tribe. Islam brought Sharia as a legal system and the old Chief and King courts where disbanded. That was the main change IMO but the tribal cutures still remain to this day untouched by religious influence.

Yes there are many historical warrior tribes in africa.
