The small tube on the left blows only air (oxygen would be dangerous). The flash is the luminescence of zno nanocrystals. Thank you for your interest in our video.

looks cool, but instead of talking amongst your selves, why didn't you at least say somthing about the green flashes inside the odd container etc. are you blowing in oxygen in from the small tube on the left and reacting it with some hot metalic zinc in the tube to the right( protected with the metal sheild) and condensing in cryo chilled beaker? also why disagree with everything the girl says? sounded like she was going to explain it and someone shut her up. lame
