I have a good idea on the mechanics, but need the electronics (a motion controller). That board needs to mix 4 servos to achieve this motion. Two servos per side in the boat. One servo for lifting and lowering the oar, and the other servo does the rowing... Any ideas on who might be able to build this board for a reasonable price?

I guess this was built from scratch, not a kit. Any info on the model, mechanics, etc?
